Representative Bunde brought up reconsideration of the vote on                 
HB335 (page 2600).                                                             
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:

"An Act replacing the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act                  
with the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act;               
and amending Rules 4 and 62, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure,                  
and Rule 205, Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure."                            
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Bunde moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
reconsideration of HB 335 be held to the March 18, 1998 calendar and           
then withdrew the motion.
